I've tested and indeed not sure how is it possible to get Chorus Flowers :)

4.0.7
Forge Version
Neoforge - 21.1.200

How to reproduce
- Place a Bonsai Pot with Chorus Fruit and End Stone
- Place an Axe
- Notice that even if the Pot is Enchanted with Silk Touch, no Chorus Flower is Produced.
Huh. Chorus Flowers seem to have an extra unfulfilled condition in their loot table.
I'll see what I can do about that.
I'm currently thinking of two possible solutions:
Filter the conditions and remove all that make no sense, either
a) during generation of the bonsai pot loot tables or
b) on server load
I'll try to fix this soon.
