[Compatibility] Bonsais not rendering with Continuity

Description
I was building a modpack and when tested noticed that Bonsai Pots technically works just fine but they're not rendering the trees. I disabled every performance mod but it had no effect.

How to reproduce
- Place Bonsai Pot to ground
- Place sapling and soil inside the pot
- Wonder where the magnificent miniature tree is
The tree models are in individual resource packs (shipped with the mod); are they somehow not loaded on your client?
@davenonymous Found the culprit, it seems to be a compatibility error with Continuity (3.0.0+1.21.neoforge)
Searched some more and found that this is already a known incompatibility (#367) so I'll close this for now.
