Tools that don't dissapear after "breaking" are still considered as a regular tool

Description
I inserted a silent gear axe and it kept going even after it "broke" (on 1 durability, technically)
Unsure if it's specifically silent gear, or mods that the tools don't disappear after breaking

How to reproduce
- Insert silent gear axe (possibly other mods with similar mechanics)
- Tool breaks
- Bosai keep going as if it's not broken with 1 durability (with the "you broke it" tooltip on said axe)
