How to reproduce

1. Place down bonsai bot with dirt, axe, and sapling in the "input" slots
2. Place down some form of pipe from any mod (Pipez, for example)
3. Set the pipe to extract into an inventory
4. Watch your "input" items go into the inventory instead of the wood you're trying to farm

That is intended behavior, not "wrong" or a bug.
I'll think a bit about whether I'll add a config option for this, change the default or leave it as is.

Using a sophisticated barrel with a hopper upgrade might be a workaround for the user in the meantime.
