Issue Description

Fabric versions of the mod for 1.21.1 are not compatible with the latest version of Quilt (0.26.4) and crash on startup. Quilt's crash popup additionally says "Bookshelf requires at least version 0.16.5 or any newer version of fabricloader, but only a different version is present: 0.16.4"

Hello, I will look into downgrading the requirement to 0.16.4 but Quilt should really be updating their libraries. Fabric released 0.16.5 over a month ago and it's a pretty small change.
