[CRASH] Crashes when I launching the game and mods are loading

Issue Description
I've been playing this modpack I've made for a while now and when I updated Bookshelf it started crashing. When I downgraded Bookshelf it started working again.

I experienced the same problem - versions 21.1.60 through 21.1.62 don't work, but 21.1.59 does. Whatever changed between 59 and 60 is what broke it.
I think it's Primordial Harvest that doesn't like the new version - if I have just Prickle and Bookshelf installed, it doesn't crash - but as soon as I add Primordial Harvest, I get the crash.

Hello, please stop using Bookshelf 21.1.60. I accidentally released this version with a bug. The file has already been deleted on some platforms but it looks like others still have it.
@Not-February You mention you're using 21.1.62 however your log file says 21.1.60. Version 62 should be fine, so if you have a different log file for that version please let me know.

Well, I'm definitely downloading 21.1.62 from Modrinth, and it's what the file name indicates it is in my mods folder. I originally tested this in a standalone instance by downloading the mods fresh the first time I tested, and tried again just now with a completely new instance with fresh downloads and it still happens.
It's entirely possible I accidentally grabbed the wrong crash report from when I was first checking which versions worked or not, but this one should be with version 21.1.62
