This specific crash happened when opening the identity mod's menu, but pretty much any time trying summon/render the fire gauntlet entity this happens:

I am unable to replicate the crash. I don't think identity is directly related since it is rendering in general that is the issue. Have you been able to get the crash to occur with only this mod and its dependencies?

• Are there any other mods installed? Can you get a list of those and versions? They may be listed on the crash report.
• Were you on a server, singleplayer, or LAN?

Ok if you want to find out faster, take out about half of the mods (you have to watch out for dependencies still) and try to replicate the crash. If it crashes, you know it's in the first half of the mods, if it doesn't you know its in the second half that you took out. Either, way, you've eliminated half of the mods. You can repeat. Hopefully that makes sense!

I am able to crash when I switch to 1.16.4 from 1.16.5. I'll look further into why, but for now, the best solution to try is to update to 1.16.5 if you can.
