FPS drop due to improperly mipmapped textures

Mezz changed Forge to force mipmapping even on improperly sized textures and it is causing frame drops for some reason.
Resize our flugel tiara textures from 20x20 to 32x32 or 60x60 to 64x64 so that they mipmap properly:
