Sky Overlay with Optifine and Shaders

When I have Optifine and am using the Kuda Shader with Botania, whatever the sky is showing when I first load into the game becomes a semi transparent overlay that moves with the camera. So if the sun is in there, I have a permanent sun that moves with the camera. Sky textures turn into a gradient below the crosshair, and above the crosshair, there is distortion like if I was using too high a field of view. This video has other mods running too, but the issue still happens with only Optifine, Botania, Baubles, and using the Kuda Shader.

I'll report this issue there as well.
I have an Nvidia 1070, and the issues happen with both of the two latest driver versions. I'm running Minecraft 1.10.2 and Botania 1.9-341.
This actually happens with all my shaders. I've tried robobo1221's and Continuum as well as Kuda.
Could it be an issue in this file:
Botania r1.9-341.jar\vazkii\botania\client\render\world\SkyblockSkyRenderer.class
If I am looking straight up when I log out, then when I log back into the game, as long as the sun wasn't in my field of view, everything looks ok, but I never get to see the sun :(
