[1.12.1] Mana Burst entities pile up and (presumably) affect TPS

I'm not in a position where l can check the version of botania l'm running, will update ASAP.

I've been playing on a server where Botania recently was added.
I've noticed that the /cofh tps 0 command displayed oddly high entity counts, up to 5000 entities loaded in the world, with a tick time of somewhere around 45 ms.

Upon investigating with /qent list, about 4500 out of 5000 entities appeared to be Mana Burst entities. After removing the entities using /qent killall burst, entity count obviously drops to 500 and tick time also drops by 5-10 ms(fairly significant).

However, mana bursts continue to pile up(at a rate of about 10 entities per second!) so eventually l'll have to rerun the command to get tps back to decent levels.

I'm not sure what the exact source of these bursts is, haven't looked into that since l can't see in which chunks the bursts are located.
