Crystal Bow won't fire mana arrows with CoFHCore installed

The Crystal Bow will not use mana to fire arrows when I have CoFHCore installed. Disabling the mod seems to fix the problem.

Mod list that I tested this with:

Baubles-1.12-1.5.1
Botania r1.10-347
CoFHCore-1.12-4.3.5.13
RedstoneFlux-1.12-2.0.1.2
