Server crashes when no one is logged in for a while (FTB Infinity Lite)

Forge version: I'm not entirely sure where to find this - I'm using the feed the beast launcher (legacy) to launch the Feed the Beast Infinity Lite 1.10 (Minecraft version 1.10.2
Botania version: r1.9-341
Link to crash log: https://pastebin.com/Crw8rhna
Steps to reproduce:
- I have a tree farm sending wood to stone furnaces that pipe the charcoal to hoppers into an open crate hooked up to a pressure plate that is consumed by endoflames. I have about 45 surrounding 6 gaia mana spreaders being chained into about 8 mana pools.
What I expected to happen:
Muchos mana in the morning
What happened instead:
Server crashes when someone logs in after a while of it not running.
Note: tree farm never crashed the server (even though it also runs overnight). Here is a picture of the tree farm setup https://imgur.com/a/z1WoL . In the top right corner you can see the beginnings of the endoflame setup, which has since been expanded.
Someone mentioned I should link this found issue with a different mod, as it may be relevant:
SilentChaos512/SilentGems#175
Edit: The spreaders are elven, not gaia.
Furthermore, I disabled the mana generation overnight and it crashed again (while just the tree farm was running).

Was recently informed that Botania is no longer being updated for 1.10.2, so I'll close this issue.
Edit: For those who end up finding this issue through searching, chunk loading appears to fix the issue. For me, I simply dug down deep below our base,, threw an ic2 chunk loader and creative generator down there, chunk loading the areas that pertain to botania. This stopped the crashes.
