Garden of Glass features permanently break if loaded without GoG .jar

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a new Garden of Glass world
  2. Close Minecraft
  3. Remove GardenOfGlass.jar
  4. Restart Minecraft & open previously created world
  5. Close Minecraft
  6. Replace GardenOfGlass.jar
  7. Repeat Step 4

What I expected to happen:
Garden of Glass functionality to be completely restored after replacing the .jar
What happened instead:
Some GoG features no longer present, notably pebbles from glass, bowls of water, and the skybox

Can be fixed by opening the world in MCEdit and changing the map type to "botania-skyblock".
