Entropinnyum are absorbing multiple tnt at once and gathers all the mana from the tnt if the tnt lit
(->explode) at the same time i.e. through dispensers. They then absorb the mana from all of the tnt.

How to reproduce:
Set up line of dispensers with tnt and lay redstone on top of them.
place an entropinnyum + (gaia) spreader + pool in range
activate all dispensers
with wand of forest continue right clicking the flower and you will see the mana is staying at max for longer time
