Water Buckets dropped by Dropper onto Apothecary does not consume water from bucket

Forge version: 14.23.5.2808
Botania version: r1.10-358

Steps to reproduce:

  1. First step: place dropper above petal apothecary
  2. Second step: put water bucket in dropper
  3. Third step: apply redstone signal to dropper
  4. Fourth step: observe the power of endless water

What I expected to happen: bucket empties upon impact with apothecary

What happened instead: water filled apothecary without emptying bucket, and can be reproduced endlessly

If dropped manually, bucket is emptied as expected.

can't reproduce with bucket in dropper, activated by a button. bucket empties and water fills the apothecary, as normal
