Ring of magnetization pulls items in spectator mode

What I expected to happen: Ring of magnetization is disabled in spectator mode
What happened instead: Ring of magnetization attracts items in spectator mode. Not usually a big deal, but it causes issues when combined with Void Island Control that lets people visit other player islands in spectator mode.
