Flügel Tiara keeps triggering the boost after the cooldown after the first boost ends

Steps to reproduce: (Watch this twitch video to see me reproduce it: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/526168244)

  1. Put any type of Flügel Tiara on the bauble's section and have mana in your inventory;
  2. Start flying by double tapping the space bar;
  3. Hold the Ctrl button and the little boost in the beggining will keep triggering after the cooldown for the first boost ends.

What I expected to happen: To get the little boost after pressing the Ctrl button and then, after the cooldown for the first boost ended, to get another one.
