Please do not close this issue. #3216 points to a round-robin of closed issues. I experience this issue too on 1.14.4 with forge 28.2.4 and Patchouli 1-1-26.

It only points to the actual issue, VazkiiMods/Patchouli#197, which is already fixed in Patchouli 1.2-29 for 1.15.2. Sadly bugfix backports for Vazkii's mods are very rare, you'll have a better chance to get one if you ask in Vazkii's discord (ask in #patchouli channel). This is not a Botania issue anyways, so closing.
