Spectator causing players to get kicked upon joining server

Note this isn't a crash, but player gets kicked on joining.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. First step: Have Server
  2. Second step: Equip Item: The Spectator

What I expected to happen:

The Spectator to function

What happened instead:

Player was removed from server and could not join due to internal server error. Had to edit the player data to remove the item from the curios inventory.

From a quick glance it looks like it might be MrCrayfish's VehicleMod thats causing the crash, but I dont know enough about mods to know so I thought I'd post here first.

I am using version 0.43.5 of MrCrayfish's VehicleMod.
