Wearability seems limited to Forge, since Fabric uses the vanilla equipment implementation that doesn't give an option to check player properties.
And as far as Quark compatibility is concerned, unfortunately Foxhounds seem hard-coded to the Quark version of the tater. At this point (after changes from PR #4642) we are also missing a rainbow enchantment glint option and a couple name variant easter eggs.

how do you propose making it mad? Quark's TP has a special recipe

give it a dayblom? compat with quark to use its original way?
