Shard recipes missing

Version Information
Forge version: 1.16.4-35.1.1
Botania version: 1.16.3-409

Steps to reproduce:
- Install Botania on a fresh copy (other mods are present)
- Generate world
- Open JEI
What I expected to happen:
Valid recipes for all levels of the Shard of Laputa
What happened instead:
Only Shard 1 has a crafting recipe.
Shards 5, 10, 15, and 20 are in JEI, but do not open recipes when clicked.
In case it's relevant, the output log produces the following message during world startup:
"[Render thread/WARN] [botania/]: Missing crafting recipe botania:laputa_shard_1"
This message is repeated for shard_1 thru shard_19, though not quite in sequential order.
