If you receive this flower in 1.12 or below versions of Botania, it is probably a bad interaction with other mods in the pack.

Thank you for reporting it, but Botania 1.12 has been out of maintenance for quite a while now, and will not receive any updates moving forward. There is no actionable step and you should just discard the flower.

If it really bothers you, I might encourage you to update to a version above 1.12.
