[Bug] Loonium mobs don't spawn at full health

Issue description
Mobs spawned with the Loonium have their max health properly increased, but upon spawning they aren't at max health, and are instead at the regular health for their mob type.
I.e. a Zombie will have 20 health, even if it also has a max health of 60.
Steps to reproduce
- Enter a world
- Place an everlasting guilty pool (Or any mana pool)
- Place a Loonium nearby
- Mobs will spawn without their full health (The easiest way to observe this is to either note how many hits it takes to kill them, or use a mod like Neat)
Other information
This was confirmed in a profile that only had Botania, its depedencies, and Neat, so its not caused by any other mod. (Immersive FX was also in the profile, as I forgot to delete it, but thats a clientside audio mod, so not a large chance of interfering with the issue at hand)
