Issue description

As mentioned here:

The recipes for Manasteel and Elementium shears/axes do not match the default orientation of their vanilla counterparts. They craft fine with either configuration but for consistency's sake it might be worth making them the same. Tested with JEI on Forge and EMI on Fabric.
