Gaia guardians don't despawn after Defeat/death, and magic wall doesn't dispell

Gaia Guardian(s) won't despawn after Player death, and stand still doing nothing, Ritual stays active after dying, and can't be re-joined, or ended

Summon Gaia boss
Die to Gaia guardian
Gaia Guardian now don't despawn, can't be attacked or removed

Edit: They disappear upon Re-Launching minecraft again, the bug only happens during the game
That's a whole lot of mods that might be interfering with the Gaia fight. Could you maybe narrow it down to a smaller set of mods?
@DarianStardust Can you please confirm whether this still happens with Botania version 1.20.1-444?
EDIT2: got it consistently on my test instance it happens on the first death per world load. Gonna try disabling mods now to find a culprit.
I had that issue happen to me on a test instance in single player. Unfortunately I was unable to reproduce it a second time even when trying to do the same thing several times in a row with the same equipment and mods (and so could not test mods precisely). Exiting and reloading the same removed that ghost guardian + music + area effect that lingered.
EDIT: had it happen one more time randomly while I was recording a fight, no fairy ring and died in first phase, but got the result (and the preceeding fight if you want) recorded at least.

In case that might help, what happened in that fight was:
- Terra Blade + Elementium armor + Fairy ring + Greater band of mana
- Got Guardian to the summon mobs phase
- It exited that phase after most mobs were killed (but not all of them)
- Died to withering from a ground trap
- Spawn was one river away and I came back to the arena in creative mode
- Bug was here, nothing extra in the log when it happened

Ok it happened with just neoforge, botania, and dependencies, same version as above, no equipment. So it's not a mod compat issue.
I built the beacon thing next to world spawn, spawned the guardian, died to the withering, and it did the thing.
Reloaded the save and it was gone, and it didn't do it the next 6 times I tried (reloading the save between some of them).
How close to world spawn? Did you respawn close enough to the arena to count as part of the fight?
And good to know that apparently it might be some type of "first time thing".
Spawn was outside the fight arena, all my respawns were like 20~40ish blocks away from the edge of the arena.
EDIT: Also just got the bug again on like the 8th try (with world restarts randomly in between).
EDIT2: Then I spawned another one without clearing the previous ghost and it did it again, giving a second ghost. Spawning a 3rd real guardian then only had one of the ghosts glitch in sync. Then did not get a 3rd ghost guardian upon dying. Spawning a 4th had none of the ghost sync up the glitch special effect (so I'm assuming that only does that if the ghost is from the previous attempt).
EDIT4: Got 4 ghosts at once now. Also while they can't be hit they have player push/collision.

I've also found the same bug.
Running Botania version 1.20.1-444. I'm playing on atm9sky-1.0.6.
Fighting Gaia Gaurdian 2, failed right near the end.
The music continues to play and the brder effect doesn't go away, gaia gaurdian just stays still, flight from angel ring 2 stays canceled in the area,
Edit: While the server never shut down, upon leaving it empty for the seven hours (or a quick relog) since the comment, the gaurdian and all it's effects are gone.
The bug also happened with a gaia gaurdian 1 when I failed. Upon starting another Gaia gaurdian (1), two music tracks played at once until it was defeated and only one music track, the first, continued to play. Any animation effect for the gaurdian that played like the static while the boss charges up at the start, played for both models.
If there's more information I can provide, please feel free to ask.
From that description I can only assume that's some kind of desynchronization, where the gaia guardian entity stays around on the client (it's responsible for the circle of particles, playing the music, and disabling creative flight), while it's already gone on the server (where it would prevent you from starting another fight).
This may require other preparation we are currently not aware of. I attempted to reproduce it in a new ATM9 Skies world in single player, but the guardian correctly vanished along with all its effects after it killed me.
It may require running on a dedicated server. Maybe there is some other mod interaction that hasn't been mentioned yet.
