Issue description

For some reason, when killing the guardian of gaia boss with looting 8, I only was getting will of Dharok (6 times) and Will of Ahrim (3) times, in the twilight forest Enchanted Forest biome, ~200k blocks away from 0,0

I am not totally sure if this is a real issue, but I started getting the other wills as soon as I was killing the gaia boss with a different item.

I tried again and got a will of Dharok again afterwards (looting 8 weapon).

I am playing on a server, so maybe some sort of optimization mod is affecting it? No clue.

You are guaranteed to get exactly a single will each time you beat Gaia 2. Which one is random and does not depend on previous loot. Looting should not influence this drop at all, as Looting level is not checked in that part of the table at all.
