Issue description

When you have your reach extended (ie by a ring of far reach or another mods reach extension method (ie tinkers offhand enderslime staff), the Worldshapers Astrolabe will stop previewing before your reach runs outs, which makes it annoying to work with.

Steps to reproduce

1. Equip Ring of Far Reach
2. Hold a configured Worldshapers Astrolabe and have blocks in your inventory for it
3. Look a block outside your normal reach but inside your current reach
4. See the Astrolabe's preview disappear

Other information

If Botania has any similar items that show a preview like this it may also happen with those, but I am not aware of any.

Oh. Seems like it also refuses to place at that distance... should of checked that

In fact, it looks like it's hard-coded to the creative mode reach of 5 blocks, which seems a bit odd.
