I don't know if the JEI Plugin is just showing it wrong, or if the Runic Altar is not working, but NEI shows the Recipe for Runes in the Petal Apothecary.
Another Bug is the missing texture of the mana spreader if held in your hand

1. fixed in next update (coming out within the next half hour)
2. fixed already in a release
