Wand of the Forest Icon and name display

  1. The Wand of the Forest's Icon is not switching between the Bind and Function versions of the Icon when it is toggled. (Screenshots 1-3)

  1. The Wand of the Forest's mode name display is only showing when you are hovering over a block and vanishes as soon as you are not. (Screenshots 4-5)

Steps to Replicate:

  1. Create a new world
  2. Ensure JEI has Item Cheating set to true.
  3. Give yourself a Wand of the Forest.
  4. Shift-Right Click to change mode.
  5. Icon does not change. (notice the little green petal that denotes bind mode)
