We're testing 1.9 for fun atm. We did some basic botania (all survival mode) yesterday and when I placed down a regular mana spreader, I can't make it face the mana pool. When I bind it using the wand, it doesn't turn but for a split second I see the "burst line" (aka the line that shows me where my burst WOULD fly) line up to my pool, but after that it returns to before. For some reason I can make them face the flowers I've placed, it just doesn't want to face the pool.

It's not a visual bug as far as I can tell because the pool remains empty and the spreader fills up to max.

Steps to reproduce:

Place down mana spreader, place down pool, try to bind the 2.

Same thing happens on the runic altar.
