Issue:
The hit-box for the mystical flowers is always centered on the block the flower is on, however with 1.9.4 the flowers are not always centered on a block. (I don't know how long it has been this way, but I didn't remember it from 1.7.10)

Reproduction steps:

1. Create new world ( I tested with superflat )
2. Give yourself a stack of mystical flowers
3. Place a bunch of them and mouse over them watching the hit-box

Test Setup:

• Minecraft Version: 1.9.4
• Forge Version: 1.9.4-12.17.0.1951
• Botania Unofficial Version: r1.8-308
• Baubles Version: 1.9.4-1.2.1.0

Not a huge issue, but since I'm playing with a bunch 1.9.4 mods that are probably fresh out of development I'm trying to report issues as I see them. I did a quick search and didn't see any other issues that lined up.

This is the render offsetting feature in vanilla

If you look really closely this happens to vanilla flowers too

The purpose is to break up the monotony if you have a lot of them close together

So this isn't a bug
