The launch effect from an Avatar wielding a Rod of the Skies does not function

Below shows the setup used (minus the ground around it i broke to reveal it)

I have confirmed that the avatar can receive mana, as I have tested the functionality of the Bifrost Rod and that ones working (although does have some lag/performance issues when creating/deleting it's blocks)
