Daybloom bug

FTB Infinity 1.7 pack.
Can’t craft Daybloom. Look @ screenshot.
After throwing seeds nothing happens.
Does the recipe show up in NEI? Because if it does, you must have made a mistake, since the NEI recipes are retrieved directly from the recipe list, if NEI shows a recipe, it exists. (Unless you have a server/client desync, but then you'd have bigger issues then just issues crafting a flower!)
Are you sure that you are using the correct petals? Double check it, because that one looks like a blue, not a light blue.
@Cbert please close your issue if you can now craft the flower. Thank you!
