As the title states, once you use the pinkinator on a wither you can simply shoot a safari net at him, and spawn as many copies as you want. I do not think this is the intended behavior. I'm playing on Infinity 1.6.2, which includes Botania r1.6-190. I assume based on the change logs that this issue has not been resolved in the latest version.
