Can't turn petite flowers back to regular.

I turned a hopperhock to petite because it was picking up items from other Botania setups, but the petite form(even w/ mana) was too small to pick up all the flowers from the Jaded Amaranthus+Drum of the Wild. I tried throwing into a alchemy catalyst underneath and the flower would not change back.
