If you sneak-right-click on a block with the Wand of the Forest it rotates that block if it doesn't have any other special purpose with the Wand. It would be cool if using a Wand of the Forest could rotate blocks in a similar fashion when used from a Dispenser.

I tried facing a dispenser downwards over a Dropper in the hopes it would rotate the dropper (because that would be awesome!) but sadly the Wand of the Forest merely shot out the side of this configuration.
