I placed my Corporea Index in the Overworld at 148, -123, 65.
In the Nether I coincidentally opened my chat at 149, -123, 68 and saw the "Corporea Index nearby!" message. I was able to request items and they got dropped in the Overworld next to the Corporea Index.
