Chiseled and non-chiseled bricks have the same recipe, with the non-chiseled recipe apparently taking priority.

Incidentally, Metamorphic Bricks have the same recipe-sharing issue, but the chiseled recipe apparently takes priority for them, making the only issue a useless recipe listed in NEI.
