I tried to make a daybloom with 2 yellow petals one blue and one orange petal but when I try to drop the seed in it doesnt work.

Same thing.

It's human error, the petal used in the recipe is light blue, not cyan.

You're missing tons of needed information, e.g. what mods are you running, can you reproduce with only botania installed, logs etc and thats only the start of things.

Try again and come back.
