Combining Ring of Thor and Odin into a Lesser Ring of Aesir to

1. avoid side effects caused by 'shift-empty hand-clicking'
2. avoid bauble swap madness

Ring of Loki is genius, just don't need the above side effects.

Alternatively allow blacklisting of blocks for empty hand clicking.
