Heya,

we're on R1.9 326, 1.10.2 with Forge 2094. I was looking around my server and noticed everyone spamming Hydrangeas and to my surprise they don't decay at all!

I've setup a few flowers myself:

More than an hour later:

Server was at a perfect 20tps the entire time, and the area was chunkloaded (I was standing afk in the house next to it).

Some of the players on my server have apparently done this for days straight.
