The second page of the Gourmaryllis entry says that carrots take 2 seconds to digest, but since they were nerved in 1.8 it's now actually 1.5 seconds. This could be a bit confusing for new players.

Also, that might just be me being dumb, but how the word "nutritious" is used on page 3 I thought for the longest time that the amount of mana generated was dependant on saturation, not food points. Maybe there is some way you could make it clearer that it is in fact also food point based?
