Quite simply, the 'right click with an empty hand to refill a water-filled petal-apothecary with items from your inventory' function does not work, right clicking does nothing. The tooltip informing the player to right-click-to-refill when hovering over the block does, however, appear; furthermore the function works fine on the runic altar. Not much more information I can give here: this is of course in the latest version of forge and the mod, both straight from curse.
