Entity got spawned into the world through one of our community's players. I believe they were drinking manna in a bottle. The server crashed every time the world loaded. We managed to get around this for now by using NBT editor to deleting all the entities in the region file.

My guess is there needs to be a forge update to the mod?
I'd do it and make a pull request, however, there is some private gradle properties, and I don't know enough about gradle to get around that. I usually work with Maven :P
