Mana Fluxfield not reporting max energy properly

Version: Botania r1.10-347.jar, minecraft 1.12.1, forge 1.12.1-14.22.1.2485
Issue: Mana Fluxfield block does not report its maximum forge energy storage properly

The Mana Fluxfield block seems to be able to contain up to 12800 units of forge energy. However, the upper limit reported to other mods seems to be incorrect.

The Theoneprobe (1.12-1.4.18) overlay shows the stored power as a bar graph, which is almost completely empty.

The Integrated Dynamics (1.12-0.9.1) Machine Reader reports that the Mana Fluxfield block has 12800 FE stored, and a FE capacity of 2147483647 (2^31-1).

I believe the correct FE capacity should be 12800 units.
