What i did:
Planted normal flower (forgot to turn into petals first sorry) then bonemealed. Tall plant grew. Then tried to break it with shears and nothing happened. After trying a few more times the bottom blocks disappeared but the top part of the flower remained. Havent reproduced it atm sorry

Also, game didnt freeze/lag or anything, it just refuses to break those 2 blocks. It does the animation etc but just instantly reformed like server lag however its single player and the rest of the world runs fine around it
