Steps to reproduce:

1. Put on a Flugel Tiara
2. Hit F5

does this happen with botania alone?

Not sure, it also only happens to the first frame of a full icon on the bar. The instant an icon starts fading, the background vanishes.

Also happened with the Phoenix Wings, haven't tried others but I assume they all do the same. If it is only on my end, I could probably fix it. Seems like a simple transparency issue for a single frame.

This issue is stale because it has been open for a while with no activity. Remove stale label or comment or this will be closed soon.
