Builder's wands create broken flower when trying to place with the builders wand, not sure if this is a Botania issue or a Better Builder's Wands issue so I've posted it on both repositories.

its Betters Builder's wand they ignore ALL NBT when placing

bbw needs to be calling ItemBlock.placeBlockAt to place blocks so NBT data is properly set
