Further Information
Steps to reproduce:
- Get both items in the inventory
- Use Formation wand to place dirt while having no dirt in inventory, no mana is needed/consumed
What I expected to happen: If I don't have Dirt in the inventory, I don't expect the Formation Wand to be able to place it
What happened instead: Formation Wand is placing Dirt
