Problem: When a diluted mana pool (with no void block under it) is full and set to accept mana from items, throwing a Mana tablet with any charge into it will cause it to drain any remaining charge even though there is no room for it.

Expected behaviour: The mana pool only drains mana from the tablet until it is full, and leaves the rest of the charge in the tablet.

Tested on build 100, reported at Vazkii's request because it apparently is still an issue on the latest version.
